No running. Due to the thunderstorms and my non-desire to die by lightening, I decided to stay in my classrooms and catch up on my grading.
Plus side: I'm good to go with my exams and can start looking at the research papers.
Negative side: My miles this week will be TINY. As in 7-8 before my 21-miler.
Another plus: My legs are resting from yesterday's tough speed workout.
Another negative: I woke up with a sore throat. Throughout the day, it got lonely so the sneezes and a headache stopped by to keep it company.
Sigh. Does anyone else get sick right before the 21-miler? I seem to. For the third race in a row I've gotten sick in between 18 and 21 milers.
Sniff.
