Thanks to Jon, the little 10K time has been cleared. Jon (being his usual proactive self) sent an e-mail to the Lookin' Goood 10k on my behalf asking about the insane time limit on the 10k. They replied today, saying it was a typo on the instructions; the 5k actually has the 60 minute time limit, the 10k has no time limit.
